Deep tissue massage is a massage technique that focuses on the deeper layers of muscle tissue.It aims to release the chronic patterns of tension in the body through slow strokes and deeper pressure on concentrated areas. This enables the restrictions in the body to heal, reduce pain and increase range of motion.

Combination Massage

Combination massage combines both the Swedish and the Deep Tissue massage to create the best of both worlds.You still get the relaxation of a full body Swedish massage while your most stressed/tension areas are concentrated on and released with the Deep Tissue massage promoting overall well-being.

Myofascial Release

Myofascial release is a very effective hands-on technique that provides sustained pressure into myofascial restrictions to eliminate pain and restore motion.  The use of Myofascial Release allows us to look at each patient as a unique individual.  Our one-on-one therapy sessions are hands-on treatments during which our therapists use a multitude of Myofascial release techniques and movement therapy.  We promote independence through education in proper body mechanics and movement, through the enhancement of Strength, flexibility, and postural  awareness.
